ADVICE FOR TANNING TREATMENTS
Before
•
Exfoliate prior to the tanning treatment, pay attention to rough areas like knees, elbows, ankles and the tops of your feet.
•
Do not apply deodorant or moisturiser to your skin on the day of tanning treatment.
•
Comfortable dark and loose fitting clothing are recommended to be worn.
•
Apply nail varnish to your finger and toenails.
•
You may wish to tie your hair back for the tanning treatment.
•
Legs should be shaved at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
After
•
Do not shower for at least 8 hours after the treatment, showering the next morning after the treatment is best.
•
Do not exercise or perspire excessively between your tanning session and showering. When you do shower do not be concerned when some of the initial bronzer washes off. Pat the skin dry after showering. Apply moisturiser twice daily after this shower.
